My Story

My Story

My passion for watches began in an unexpected way — at a family BBQ. I noticed a family friend wearing a Doxa on a beads-of-rice bracelet and asked him about it. At the time, I only knew the big names through the jewellery trade — Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet — so discovering that there was a whole world beyond “blinged-out” watches was a revelation.

That same week, he gave me a watch magazine, and I was hooked. YouTube video after YouTube video, I started to wrap my head around this fascinating world. At first, it was just a passion — I had no intention of making it a career.

I dropped out of my first year of college with no clear direction and joined the hospitality industry. But the thought kept coming back: what if I became a watch dealer?

With just £50 and no idea how to start, I bought my first watch to resell. I began flipping Casios on eBay auctions, moving up to Citizen, Timex, and then Seiko. As a 17-year-old juggling college and a part-time job, I started to lose faith in the idea — until a tough time in my life pulled me back toward vintage watches.

From that point on, I never looked back. I dropped out again, moved to Brighton, and started dealing in vintage Omega and Longines watches online. Slowly but surely, my business grew — along with my network — and it’s still growing today.

What started as a spark at a family BBQ has turned into a career I’m deeply passionate about. This journey is only just beginning, and I’d love for you to be a part of it.
